On receipt of your online booking we will process your reservation immediately.
Deposit to book is 20% of the total price – full payment if booking within 2 months of arrival.
Most rental properties have an ‘inclusive price’ but there are exceptions – some properties have an extra charge for departure cleaning, compulsory Accidental Damage Waiver Insurance, Processing Fees. Extra charges, if applicable to a property, are shown on the Rental Rates page of each properties details. The resort leisure amenities fees are included in the rental cost at all Orlando rental communities.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your booking request on completion of your online booking process.
The booking status will update from ‘Pending’ to ‘Confirmed’ and you can view this within your own customers website area – use your email and password to login.
Shortly after full payment, or the balance payment, has been received vouchers and arrival instructions will be emailed to you.
Most arrivals now are via using a door code to enter the property so these are not set until around 2 weeks prior to an arrival.
Payment handling fees charged by merchant processors can be avoided with payment by bank account transfer – if you wish to do this please telephone us to make your booking.

Rentals can be booked as far in advance as prices are confirmed onto a property so if you have specific dates in mind and see the perfect unit for you please book early!
